Jacob has most recently worked on numerous large theme park attractions including Disney's "Rise of the Resistance" at Galaxy's Edge and Universal Studio's revamp of the Jurassic World: THE RIDE in California.

Previously, Jacob was managing scenery and props for Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas with Bellagio’s “O” and ‘Michael Jackson: ONE’ at Mandalay Bay. He was the the set and props designer for Cirque du Soleil’s ‘One Night for One Drop’ at the Mirage, the Las Vegas Smith Center, and New York New York Hotel.

Prior to Cirque du Soleil, he designed numerous theatrical productions, including: Kennedy Center’s Brave No World; Theater Alliance’s Gross Indecency; Keegan Theatre’s European tour of Glengarry Glen Ross, Ford’s Theatre’s Jitney; and Malibu Playhouse’s The Pavilion.

Jake was the recipient of the Kennedy Center’s Kennan Institute for the Arts Fellowship in 2005. He has also consulted for Walt Disney Imagineering and recently he consulted/constructed wings for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. His headpiece for Germany's Miss Universe 2017 is currently on display at the Royal University Santo Tomas in Manilla. He is a graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts receiving a degree in Set Design
